Norris Scientific is constantly engaged in world-class research and development. Through collaboration with customers at many leading universities, Norris Scientific is able to drive effective lab-to-market commercialisation of both hardware and software products.
We have also completed a number of projects building custom equipment for research purposes, such as bespoke laser ablation systems, or modifications to existing system to run alternative laser sources or custom optical designs.
Our R&D lab is well equipped and features a Cameca SX100 electron microprobe, Agilent 7700 ICP–MS, Agilent 7500 ICP–MS, ATL ATLEX 193nm gas excimer laser, and a wide range of equipment for machine vision, stage automation, gas flow control, and LA–ICP–MS product development.
